89PHP Payments FAQ: Deposits, Payouts, Limits and Fees
Money questions deserve numbers, not reassurance. Every figure below is the real one, including the ones that are inconvenient for us.
The Limits, In One Table
Most payment confusion is really one of these four numbers doing something the player didn't expect. Read this once and the rest of the page is detail.
| Rail | Limit | Settlement | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| GCash deposit | ₱50 minimum, up to ₱100,000/day once verified | Instant | None from 89PHP |
| InstaPay | ₱50,000 per transaction, ₱500,000 per day | Minutes to a few hours, 24/7 | None from 89PHP |
| PesoNet | Used when a transfer exceeds InstaPay | Same or next banking day, batched | None from 89PHP |
| GCash withdrawal | Bound by the InstaPay per-transaction ceiling | Minutes to 1 hour (up to ~3h peak/first-time) | None from 89PHP |
Read those two GCash rows together and the most common support ticket answers itself. You can deposit up to ₱100,000 a day, but GCash moves money over InstaPay — so a withdrawal is capped at ₱50,000 per transaction regardless of what your balance says. The money isn't stuck. It's arriving in instalments, up to InstaPay's ₱500,000 daily ceiling.
Whose Fee Is It Anyway?
89PHP takes no withdrawal fee. That's a real commitment and we'd rather it not get muddied by fees other people charge, so here's the split, plainly.
- 89PHP: no deposit fee, no withdrawal fee. Nothing skimmed on the way in or out
- GCash: your first ₱8,000 of cash-in each month is free, after which roughly 2% applies. That's GCash's pricing, applied to your wallet, and it exists whether you play here or not
- Maya: an InstaPay transfer out costs around ₱15
- GoTyme: InstaPay transfers out are free — which quietly makes it the cheapest rail on this list for frequent cash-outs
That GoTyme line is genuinely worth acting on if you withdraw often. Small per-transfer fees look trivial and then don't — a ₱15 charge on a weekly cash-out is a meal by year's end. We have no stake in which wallet you pick, which is exactly why we'll point at the free one.
One scheduling detail people hit at odd hours: GCash observes a maintenance window between 12:00 and 03:00 PHT. Transfers touching that window can sit until it closes. If a late-night payout looks frozen, check the clock before you check on us.
Why a Payout Stalls
In our experience a delayed withdrawal is almost never mysterious. It's one of four things, in roughly this order of likelihood.
- KYC hasn't cleared. The review is one-time and runs 24–48 hours, and it must complete before a first payout is released. This is the cause most of the time
- The receiving wallet isn't in your name. PAGCOR rules reject third-party accounts outright — a mismatch stops the payout and no support agent can wave it through
- The amount exceeds InstaPay's ₱50,000 per-transaction limit, so it's being sent in pieces rather than one lump
- The transfer landed in GCash's 12:00–03:00 PHT maintenance window, or PesoNet is batching it to the next banking day
Notice what isn't on that list: a bonus you hadn't heard about, or a review that appears only once you're up. If a wagering requirement attaches to a bonus you accepted, it's stated when you take it and it must be cleared before withdrawal — but it doesn't get invented after the fact.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum deposit at 89PHP?
₱50 via GCash. Everything runs in Philippine pesos, and there's no deposit fee from our side.
How much can I withdraw in one transaction?
₱50,000 — that's InstaPay's per-transaction ceiling, and GCash uses the InstaPay rail. The daily InstaPay limit is ₱500,000, so larger balances go out across multiple transfers.
Does 89PHP charge a withdrawal fee?
No. Your wallet provider might: GCash cash-in is free to ₱8,000 a month then about 2%, Maya charges roughly ₱15 to send via InstaPay, and GoTyme is free.
How long does a GCash cashout take?
Typically minutes to an hour once KYC is verified, and up to around three hours at peak times or on a first withdrawal.
Why did my withdrawal arrive in two transfers?
Because it was over ₱50,000. InstaPay caps a single transaction there, so the balance is split across transfers rather than held back.
Can I withdraw to someone else's GCash?
No. PAGCOR requires the account to be in the player's own name, and third-party accounts are rejected. This one has no exceptions.
When should I use PesoNet instead of InstaPay?
When the transfer is larger than InstaPay handles. PesoNet settles in batches on the same or next banking day rather than within the hour, so it trades speed for size.
